When will FIERA MILANO send its forms for additional orders?
After having received notification of stand assignment from PROMAPLAST srl, the exhibitor receives the personalized access details to reach the FIERA MILANO spa forms, uploaded in a reserved area of our website. These forms are personalized and headed to the corresponding exhibitor and stand. Except for unique cases, these forms must be filled online. Some of them are mandatory due to technical or safety reasons.
This section also includes the plan of the stand with the relevant technical features, a summary of the orders made by each exhibitor for PLAST 2012, and instructions for online personal accreditation for the “exhibitor-cards” and the “mantling-dismantling cards” (as described in article 18 of the General Regulations, available in the relevant area of our website).

Exhibitors are required to begin mantling by Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the latest, or to provide justification in writing to PROMAPLAST srl within the same deadline, stating that they intend to begin mantling only during the last two days available.
