Which are the admitted products at PLAST 2012?
Admitted products, at PLAST 2012 are: machinery and plant, auxiliary equipment, dies and accessories, raw materials, regenerated materials and composites, semi-finished and end-products, specialist press, services and related sectors, all regarding the plastics and rubber industry.

How to apply for PLAST 2012.
The documentation for registering at PLAST 2012 (compulsory forms and General Regulations) is available in the dedicated section of our web site.
Compulsory forms A1, A2 and B1, duly filled in, stamped and signed by the legal representative of the exhibiting company, must be received and accompanied by the down payment for the area required.
The application form should be sent by fax (+39 02 57512490), by e-mail (info@plast2012.org) or by post to PROMAPLAST srl – Centro Direzionale Milanofiori - Palazzo F/3 – P.O. Box 124 -20090 Assago (Milan), Italy.

How to calculate the down payment.
A scheme for the calculation of the down payment, specified in the article 10 of the General Regulations is set up in the mandatory form A2. It includes bank details for the payment (that can also be made by check): application fee of 250.00 euro + 70.00 euro on the participation fee for each sqm booked + VAT, if applicable.

When is the invoice issued for the down payment?
The invoice valid for tax purposes is issued as a receipt by FIERA MILANO, on behalf of PROMAPLAST srl, when the down paymentis received.
Upon request, PROMAPLAST srl may issue a pro-forma invoice prior to the payment, provided that the original invoice is issued as above described.

Do foreign exhibitors have to pay VAT?
No. From 1 January 2011, according to D.Lgs. n.8/2010 following UE Directive n.8/2008, foreign exhibitors subject to taxation are not subject to VAT anymore on the participation fee for PLAST 2012 (except possible newly re-introduced taxes and duties, following further law modifications).
Moreover, exhibitors without a permanent address in Italy can recover VAT still due on the exhibition's invoices for additional services for PLAST 2012: for further information, see "VAT Refund" in the dedicated section of our web site.

How does a co-exhibitor apply for PLAST 2012?
Co-exhibitors have to fill, stamp and sign the required forms A3 and B1 – available in the relevant section of our web site - and send them, together with the confirmation of the admission fee payment of € 750.00 + VAT (if applicable), by fax (+39 02 57512490), by e-mail (info@plast2012.org) or by post to PROMAPLAST srl – Centro Direzionale Milanofiori - Palazzo F/3 – P.O. Box 124 - 20090 Assago (Milan), Italy.
Simultaneously with the application form, also the written statement of the exhibitor, who confirms to host the co-exhibitor in his stand at PLAST 2012, has to be sent.
