ADMISSION PROCEDURE

After more than 600 exhibitors have moved their application from PLAST 2021 to PLAST 2023 (check the list here), in September 2022, the personalized internet access has been sent to each company interested in exhibiting at PLAST 2023. In such online area, companies may apply only, updating their data and request their booth.

If the invitation hasn’t reached you, PLAST 2023 Secretariat is at your disposal for assistance (Samantha Stefanini, tel +39 02 82283756, s.stefanini@promaplast.org; or Roberta Atzeni, tel +39 02 82283723, r.atzeni@promaplast.org).

To this purpose, we remind you that until the deadline of December 10, 2022, it’s possible to apply with a 5% discount off participation fee for new applied exhibitors, as below:

• 270 euro/sqm + VAT if due.

We suggest that interested companies apply at the earliest, however not after December 10, 2022, to ensure the priority stand allocation, compared to exhibitors applied later.

After December 10, it will be possibile to apply with full rate and in case of available spaces, not guaranteeing a place in the correct Hall for the production.

Surcharges (not discountable) for more open sides (article 8), indispensable services supplied by FIERA MILANO (article 9), admission fee (article 10) remain applicable.

processing machinery, parts and components for Elastomers, foam, reactive resins, polyurethanes; semi-finished and finished products and services for the rubber industry (satellite show "RUBBER 2023"); laboratory test equipment; semi-finished and finished products for the plastics industry

Hall 13

extrusion lines for pipes and profiles, recovery and recycling machinery, thermoforming machinery, high-frequency welders; ancillary equipment, parts and components

Hall 15

extrusion lines for film, foils and sheets, flexo-printing machinery, bags and sacks making welders, packaging machinery, recovery and recycling plants; ancillary equipment, parts and components

Halls 22 and 24

injection molding machinery, blow molding machinery and rotational molding machinery, rapid prototyping and 3D printing systems ("3D PLAST"), recovery and recycling equipment; finishing, decorating and printing machinery; ultrasonic welders, ancillary equipment, moulds, hot runner systems, parts and components.

Exhibitors have been offered renewed services, including:

insertion in the online catalogue Expo Plaza of FIERA MILANO, active before and after the exhibition to assure maximum “visibility” online (in the previous edition more than 300.000 unique users visualized around 1.500.000 pages concerning exhibitors’ “virtual booths”
n.2 invitation-codes each sqm for the direct access of their guests during show hours
free wi-fi connection on site (200 kbps)
one free car park for each exhibitor
carpet along the aisles in the Halls

besides the promotional activities of our Organizing Secretariat, planning to attend even more international exhibitions of this sector, on the most widespread social networks, on internet portals of the sector, trade and business press, etc.

Also considering last edition (attended by 1,510 exhibitors from 55 Countries and 63,000 visitors from 117 Countries), PLAST will be the main date for our industry in Europe in 2023.
