a) as part of the Plast trade show and conference, in the role of exhibitor and/or visitor, to the processing of personal data by Promaplast S.r.l. for purposes connected and instrumental to fulfilling obligations required by laws, regulations, community rules, etc., as well as pre-contractual, contractual, and fiscal obligations arising from the existing relationships. I am aware that this consent is essential for Promaplast S.r.l. to fulfill its obligations.

b) to the processing of data for promotional and/or marketing purposes, such as the transmission of newsletters, industry magazines (such as, inter alia, MacPlas), commercial communications, and/or advertising materials (including potential catalogs, illustrative and promotional brochures, and all services provided by Promaplast S.r.l.), via email, mail, and/or phone contacts.
